European Background:
Born and educated in Poland, Andrew graduated in 1973 with a Masters Degree of Art from the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw, Poland.
Andrew’s professional experiences range from physical fitness education to rehabilitation and sport training. In 1976, Andrew moved to the Ladek Zdroj Rehabilitation Center to assume the duties of Assistant of Therapeutic Exercise. Andrew branched out to the outpatient clinic at the Warsaw School of Medicine, where Andrew specialized in the health care of mother and child through therapeutic exercises. Andrew has also worked extensively with children with scoliosis, corrected posture and foot problems, and has used massage techniques to deal with sport injuries, illness, stress and physical fitness development.
North American Experience:
In 1987, Andrew moved to North America. After a brief stay at Berkeley University in California as a fencing coach, Andrew came to Canada and settled in the Bracebridge area. Andrew believes that Muskoka is the ideal place to live due to the positive energy emitted from the beautiful landscape. Andrew resumed his profession as a personal physical trainer, masseur and aroma therapist.
Andrew’s reputation has been reaching out across North America as many of his clients now include movie stars and world champion athletes.
